We want you to get the right part the first time. Here's how returns work.

Return Window

Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

  • Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging
  • Parts that are defective or don't match what was ordered

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components once installed or wired in
  • Special-order or custom-fitment parts, unless defective

How to Start a Return

Contact us using the details below with your order information. We'll confirm the part is eligible and issue a return authorization before you ship anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective part), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right — usually with a replacement or full refund.
